Aishwarya Hariharan

Aishwarya Hariharan is currently the Lead of Product Marketing at Freshworks, where she has played a significant role in scaling the company from a small startup to a larger organization. During her tenure, she was involved in various marketing roles and contributed to launching multiple products. She was an early employee at Freshworks and helped the company grow from 60 to over 2000 employees and from 1000 to 150,000 customers.1

In addition to her role at Freshworks, Aishwarya is also a founding team member at Atomicwork, a company focused on enhancing workplace productivity through AI solutions. Her background includes positions such as Product Marketing Manager for Freshteam, where she developed go-to-market strategies and managed product launches.1

Aishwarya holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy, and she is fluent in English, Tamil, and Hindi.1
