The National Smart Ageing Housing Programme is a government initiative funded by the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government to showcase a range of different types of housing developments including social and high end private housing schemes, from zero to low, medium and high levels of care to really smart "own home" adaption programmes.  The programme has four core elements to it. 1. Clustered Demonstrator Smart Ageing Housing Developments, 2. Initiatives to support people to stay in their own home 3.  National Smart Ageing Housing Roadshows to raise awareness  of the need to plan ahead and showcase the wide range of housing options available 4. Supportive regulatory and planning initiatives for making smart ageing housing developments more attractive to developers and to those wishing to form co-operatives. The programme aims to optimise the independence, participation and wellbeing of older adults and meet their strongly held desire to stay living in their own communities.

Government of Ireland

Head of National Smart Ageing Housing Programme

ISAX, was a start-up, an independent network of businesses, academic institutions and government agencies collaborating to develop and bring to market new products and services targeted at the Global Smart Ageing Economy. I was appointed to develop and implement a strategic and tactical marketing and communications plan to establish ISAX and Ireland as a global leader in Smart Ageing. 
Achievements include: 
•	Established offices in Dublin and Limerick and promoted and developed Smart Ageing Programmes to promote entrepreneurship amongst the fastest growing demographic, all aged 50+
•	Delivered funding  from EIT Health KIC & key strategic projects for National Bank and Insurance Company in addition to cut through and take up on Smart Ageing from National and International Media within very limited budgets
•	Introduced and launched the Smart Ageing Community Consumer panel securing a number of projects from Utility Provider, Home Care Agency and Bank.
•	Established the Smart Ageing Innovation Awards culminating in a National Award Event

Head of Consumer Insight & Marketing Communications

I was appointed in 2015 to define & execute the Vodafone at Home marketing plan.  Leading a Go To Market Team  and a virtual team of representatives from across the organisation I was responsible for the through the line launch of Vodafone TV on time and within budgets set.
Some key achievements include:
•	Delivered Vodafone TV Proposition and through the line launch
•	Introduced  and applied a new segmentation approach for the Vodafone business in preparation for Convergence 
•	Established a new selling approach for Vodafone stores personnel in order to optise TV sales success and deliver a first in class customer experience

Head of Family Segment -Vodafone Ireland  

Bord na Mona (BnM) is Ireland’s leading environmentally responsible integrated utility service provider encompassing electricity, heating, resource recovery, water, growing media and related services with a turnover in excess of €420 million.
My remit was to develop a “to be model” for the Consumer and Professional business that is fit for purpose and capable of affecting the strategic plan for 2017 and beyond. 
Key achievements include:  
•	Delivered new customer care model for the Consumer business
•	New business model resulted in improved customer experience, improved NPS scores and increased profitability.

Bord na Móna

Head of Business Model Transformation Consumer & Professional

I was appointed to lead & manage the convenience portfolio and product offering and to develop new business opportunities for the category on Island of Ireland. Key achievements include:
•	Delivered sales budget and P&L - total island – turnover €7m. Launched new range of products to optimise seasonal variances and grow profitability.
•	Established the Trade Marketing function within the Bord na Mona organisation to include recruitment of personnel, operating parameters and measurement tools – investment €500,000
•	Reduced logistics costs by 25% as result of product/pack re-engineering
Key Responsibilities	•	Responsible for managing convenience portfolio and product offering to develop new business opportunities for the category in Ireland. (duplicate statement)

Reporting to the Group Marketing Director; I was responsible for delivering commercial recommendations on  Innovation/NPD projects I managed a Programme managed a  stakeholder team of investors ( principals )  BnM employees to deliver a breakthrough Innovation 
•	Headed up the Technical Development Team (7) – established a scheduling process and introduced concept of 90% market ready – presented as customer facing technical expert with Sales team and Customers. 
Key Achievements include delivery of  a  Consumer Product breakthrough concept to market and captured 15% market share in year 1 of launch winning a number of Industry awards.

•achieve the “Breakthroughs”as set forth in the Business Plan and localise processes for individual Business Unit specific needs and ensure proper use of common definitions and scorecards to deliver metrics
• led cross-functional teams to deliver BU Innovation plans, assemble virtual teams, manage tasks and budgets required to deliver key milestones; motivate team to deliver within timescales set to include delivery of a clear market plan to include delivery of advertising and promotional platform from creation into marketplace to support relevant innovations; report on progress to Board of Directors – most recent launch Yoplait Essence
