Aimée Woodall is the founder and CEO of The Black Sheep Agency, a cause-driven brand strategy firm dedicated to working with impactful companies and organizations to activate people around important causes.

With over 15 years of experience, Woodall focuses on partnering with nonprofits, foundations, social enterprises, and innovative leaders to create bold campaigns and compassionate brands that drive understanding, influence perspectives, and inspire action.

Woodall prioritizes accelerating positive change in communities locally, nationally, and globally, aiming to make a visible and tangible impact through her work and personal endeavors.

She has a notable background, having served as a Consultant to President Obama to enhance online engagement with the American public during his presidency and worked with renowned clients including the United States Surgeon General, Warner Bros, Michelle Obama, Scholarship America, and the San Francisco Federal Reserve, among others.

Woodall holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from The University of Texas at Austin and has been involved in various organizations such as Mixing Board, Houston Center for Literacy, League of Women Voters of Houston Area, Theatre Under The Stars, Houston Interactive Marketing Association, among others.

Her professional journey includes roles as Vice President and Director of Client Services at Design At Work, Vice President of Marketing Communications at the League of Women Voters of Houston Area, and Director of Public Relations at Design At Work, showcasing her diverse skill set in brand strategy, marketing communications, and public relations.
