Aimee Rivera

Aimee Rivera is the Vice President of Motion Picture Production at Skydance Media, a position she has held since April 2021. In this role, she is responsible for sourcing and assessing development material, as well as overseeing the production process for various feature films. Some notable films she has worked on include Heart of Stone, Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, Ghosted, Top Gun: Maverick, and Terminator: Dark Fate.1

Before her current position, Aimee served as a Creative Executive at Skydance from May 2017 to April 2021. She has also held similar roles at Sony Pictures Entertainment and Cindy Cowan Entertainment, among others. Aimee began her career in film development with positions at Amazon Studios and Village Roadshow Pictures.1

Aimee Rivera was recognized as one of Variety's New Leaders of Hollywood in 2021, highlighting her contributions to the industry and her role in promoting diversity within film production. She is also a proud member of the "Latina Squad," which focuses on increasing Latin representation in the entertainment sector.1

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film Production, TV Production, and Entertainment Marketing from Emerson College.1
