Aimee Mills

Aimee Mills is a seasoned strategic communications professional with a strong background in external relations, crisis communications, and business communications. She boasts extensive experience in executive communications, media placements, event planning, and social media strategies. Aimee's journey began with a degree in Communications from Lee University and has since seen her hold various key roles in notable organizations. These include serving as a Sector Communications Partner at Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) and handling Public Relations Manager responsibilities at BWX Technologies, Inc. Prior to these roles, Aimee was the Media Relations Lead, Communications Manager, and Corporate Communications Specialist at The Babcock & Wilcox Company. She also contributed as the Chair of Marketing and Public Relations for the Junior League of Lynchburg. Aimee's earlier career involved stints as a Reporter at WSLS Newschannel 10, Weekend Anchor/Reporter at WVVA NBC 6, and Weekend Anchor/Reporter at WOAY Newswatch 4. She also delved into research as a Research Assistant at the Institute for the Advancement of Journalism.
