Aimee Florez

Aimee Florez is an accomplished Human Resources Consultant with a passion for facilitating organizational purpose. She thrives on strategic planning and designing solutions that unleash the potential of talented people. Aimee is fueled by the belief that teamwork is the key to create the most sustainable solutions, and she is known for her collaborative and pragmatic approach.

Aimee has a Master of Science in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University, a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Trinity International University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Biology, and Art from Cornerstone University. Throughout her career, she has worked as an OD/HR Professional at Branches, Inc., an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant at Allstate, and an OD Intern at Aon Hewitt, among other roles.

As a humor advocate and neuroscience nerd, Aimee is convinced that laughter connects us emotionally, and she makes it part of her philosophy to cultivate a positive and joyful work environment. In her free time, Aimee enjoys cooking, crafting, reading, and the arts.
