Before that, I led mobile development and QA efforts on Android and iOS apps for PayPal, eBay Now, StubHub, Milo, Brands4Friends, eBay Classifieds, GSI, and other emerging properties within the eBay Inc. family of companies.
•	Led the team that redesigned and built the new PayPal apps with mobile wallet functionality. The iPhone app was app of the week on the App Store.
•	Saved money and provided burst capacity by initiating work with outsource vendors to supplement my onshore team of 45 designers, QA resources, and developers. My project teams collaborate effectively from 8 locations around the US and globally.
•	Developed a mobile application framework that speeds development, enables innovation across brands, and ensures the use of best practices across all of our apps.

Led development of Expedia’s first mobile website and its iPhone application, which was one of the top 10 free travel apps in the iPhone store. 
•	Mobile site increased mobile conversion 265% year over year, and nearly doubled more profitable hotel bookings on the mobile platform.
•	Launched 20 new country sites for Hotels.com. Integrated new supply from acquisition of Venere.com into Hotels.com and the Expedia Affiliate Network sites.

This role involved client negotiation, project management, team leadership, and the coordination of engineering teams in San Francisco, Toronto, Paris, and the UK. 
•	Improved sales cycle on the company’s main product line by working with presales to improve interfaces used in client demos.
•	Made rapid interface changes to products from acquisitions, so as to integrate them into the suite and make them sellable to existing customers within one quarter.

As Client Lead for Toyota Motor Corporation, I directed all activities and people associated with the development, support, and maintenance of websites for Toyota, DHAP’s flagship client. 
•	Decreased online sales response time via the creation of a new Sales Lead Processor application. Leads are processed, stored, and sent to the dealer instantly for immediate action as part of Toyota’s “two hour response time” initiative.
•	Built, deployed, and supported web applications for off-line marketing efforts in multiple languages, including applications for Terminator 3, NASCAR, and the 2004 Prius launch.

•	Hired and managed a team of 35 engineers, writers, designers, producers, and production staff to build what ZDNet called "The most useful gaming site on the Web."

•	Managed all aspects of online software distribution and sales, from merchandising through fulfillment and customer service. The Netscape Store consistently surpassed all-time sales records ($20 million in 1997) and outsold Netscape’s best human sales team.
•	Increased browser downloads by 20% and improved store performance, merchandising, sales, and visibility.
•	Saved Netscape over $300,000 annually by developing an interface into the online store for the telephone sales staff, allowing them to take orders with the store’s existing transaction server. Also, led a usability initiative to detect and improve rough spots in the interface, which decreased calls to customer service by 30%.
