Education-wise, Aimé holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in PV Systems from Universidade de São Paulo, a Sandwich Ph.D. in PV Systems from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, a Master's degree in PV Systems from Universidade de São Paulo, and has also been recognized with an Outstanding Student Award in Electrical Engineering - PV Systems from Universidade Federal do Pará.

In terms of work experience, Aimé has held key positions in reputable organizations, including Senior Engineering Manager at Lightsource bp, Solar Engineering Manager - Brazil at Shell, Quality Coordinator at EDF Energies Nouvelles, Quality Engineer at EDF Energies Nouvelles, Technical Director at USINAZUL, as well as serving as an Independent Senior Consultant at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and Neoenergia.
