Aideen Shea

Aideen Shea is an accomplished Learning and Development professional with a passion for solving problems through learning. With a degree in English and Psychology, Aideen began her career as a high school English teacher before making the jump to corporate America. She has held multiple leadership roles as an Organizational Development Manager, Manager of Operations, and Public Information Coordinator in various organizations.

She excels in designing and implementing Organizational Development strategic goals that can directly contribute to improving organizational performance. A nimble facilitator, with excellent communication, research, and analytical skills, Aideen has successfully led organizational and learning initiatives in high-growth environments. Aideen holds an MBA in Strategy and Leadership from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business.

Currently, Aideen is the Vice President of Learning & Development at Byline Bank, where she ties business objectives to tactical learning solutions. She is known for her expertise in People & Talent analytics and is passionate about helping people find their career purpose and meaningful work.
