Aida Tabak

Aida Rikovic Tabak is a professional with a diverse background in analytics, product management, software engineering, and education.

Aida has a B.Sc. in Computer Science with a minor in Economics from Sarajevo School of Science and Technology/Buckingham University.

Currently, Aida is the Director of Analytics Product at ServiceNow, a position that highlights her expertise in product analytics.

Prior to her current role, she held various positions at ServiceNow, including Senior Manager and Manager in the Analytics Product and Product Management departments.

Before joining ServiceNow, Aida worked at Atlantbh Sarajevo in leadership roles such as Director of BI and Analytics and Senior Manager.

Her experience also includes being a Sworn Translator for Dutch - Bosnian - Dutch, Software Quality Assurance Engineer, and a Contractor at Nokia Location & Commerce.

Aida's professional journey started as a Teaching Assistant at Sarajevo School of Science and Technology and later transitioned into the finance sector as an Investment Banking Analyst at Hypo Group Alpe Adria.

With a well-rounded background encompassing analytics, product management, software engineering, and education, Aida Rikovic Tabak brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the technology and analytics industry.
