Aida Kosovic

Aida Kosovic is a highly-educated and experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Norma Consulting in Sarajevo. She holds a Master's degree in European Studies from the University of Sarajevo and has also studied Law at the same institution. With a diverse background in both the legal and non-profit sectors, Kosovic has served as a Legal Expert Associate at Bosnalijek BiH, a Legal Counselor at the Blood Transfusion Institute FBiH, and a Project Manager at Via Media/NGO PIXEL. She has also held positions as a Senior Assistant for Gender and National Minorities at the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), a Students Coordinator at the Council of Europe and Glasgow School of Law, and a Project Coordinator and Field Researcher at the Youth Informative Agency on a project funded by USAID.

Kosovic has extensive experience in project management, legal counseling, and gender and human rights issues. Her interests lie in the intersection of law and social justice, as well as community organization and development.
