Ahva Sadeghi

Ahva Sadeghi is a dedicated social entrepreneur, economist, and researcher excelling in workforce development. She is the co-founder & CEO of Symba, an acclaimed tech startup empowering workplace access through internships and apprenticeships. Ahva is a Forbes Human Resources Council member and a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, recognized for her contributions in democratizing professional opportunities.

With a rich educational background, Ahva completed her Master's Degree at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and pursued studies encompassing Political Science, Philosophy, Economics, and Law at the University of Arizona Honors College. She also participated in the eLabs Fellowship Program at Columbia University and the Certificate Program in International Relations and Affairs at Georgetown University.

Ahva's professional journey includes impactful roles such as working at the US Department of State in the Human Rights Bureau, a civil rights fellowship with Congressman John Lewis in Atlanta, and serving as a Tory Burch Fellow.
