Ahmed Makhlouf is a global business leader and proven team manager with a diverse background in product/program management, retail strategy and partnerships, & B2B/B2C marketing. He is a self-starting owner with a strong backbone who likes to think big, dive deep, and influence globally to deliver results.

Ahmed has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering with a minor in Business Administration from The American University in Cairo, where he graduated top of his class with highest honors (Summa Cum Laude). He also studied Master of Science in Operations Research - Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Columbia University in the City of New York.

His background is rooted in big corporations, having worked at Nestlé and Danone as a management trainee and summer intern, respectively, before joining Amazon. At Amazon, he served as the Senior Product Manager for the Amazon Prime International Expansion, the Program Manager for Amazon Fresh, and is currently the Head of Amazon Prime in the Middle East and North Africa.
