Ahmed Al Haddad

Ahmed Haddad is an accomplished professional actively engaged in the day-to-day operations of Aluminium production at the largest smelter in the region, Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA). He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Penn State University.

With a diverse background, Ahmed has held various key roles at EGA, including Operations Superintendent, Operations Senior Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, Senior Technician, Technician, Senior Operator, Operator, and Utility Operator. His experience spans across different levels of operations, showcasing his expertise and leadership in the industry.

Ahmed has been involved in driving Industry 4.0 initiatives within the company, highlighting his commitment to innovation and technology advancement in the field of Aluminium production. He has played a pivotal role in leading the development of an operations-focused mobile application, streamlining processes and enhancing operational efficiency at EGA.

Additionally, Ahmed has actively managed the workforce planning and on-the-job training of operations employees at EGA, demonstrating his skills in talent development and operational optimization. His dedication to continuous improvement and employee growth sets him apart as a valuable asset in the organization.

Prior to his roles at EGA, Ahmed served as a National Military Service Conscript at the UAE Armed Forces, gaining valuable experience and skills that have further enriched his professional journey.
