One of his notable achievements includes managing the UAE National Home Finance portfolio at EDB between 2016 and 2018. Ahmad is recognized as a subject matter expert on government public housing in the GCC region. He played a pivotal role in establishing the Home Finance Department at EDB. With a profound understanding of the real estate market cycle, he has consistently delivered outstanding results throughout his career. Ahmad has cultivated strong networks with high net worth investors, master developers, and government organizations.
