Agueda Rojo is an experienced team coordinator with a background in healthcare, recruitment, and commercial industry. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Colegio Sagrado Corazon PP. Capuchinos and a Nursing Degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. She also holds a University Master's degree in Healthcare Management from Universidad del Atlántico Medio, as well as various nursing certifications from the University of West London.

Agueda has over seven years of experience as an advocate for patient care, ensuring high standards of culturally competent care for a diverse range of patients. She is skilled in customer service, recruitment, communication, events, and social media. She has also worked as a Sister in charge, where she developed new competencies oriented toward human resources.

Agueda has worked in a variety of nursing positions, including district nurse at Servicio madrileño de salud (SERMAS), intensive care nurse at SERMAS, accident and emergency staff nurse at Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust, and senior staff nurse at Four Seasons Health Care.
