Agnes Waddilove is an accomplished and inclusive leader with extensive experience in HR, finance, and shared services across culturally diverse landscapes. She has a strong track record of driving HR transformation, process improvement, and positive change while building and strengthening global teams. Agnes holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Calgary and received advanced training in influential leadership and innovation through the FastWorks Coach program at GE Crotonville Management Development Institute.

Agnes has held several key positions in globally recognized organizations across various sectors. Notably, she served as the Continuous Improvement Principal at Anglo American and as the Global KPI and Governance Leader, People Operations at GE Global Operations (Shared Services). Additionally, Agnes also served as the Senior HR Service Delivery Project Leader, People Operations - Europe & RCIS, and the HR Operational Analytics Leader, People Operations - Europe & RCIS at GE Global Operations.

Before joining GE, Agnes worked at GE Capital as the Financial and Risk Management Program Leader - EMEA and as the Finance Leader - EMEA, Asia Pacific and Canada in GE Corporate - Telecommunications. Furthermore, she also served as the Finance Manager at GE Appliances, a Haier company.
