Agmon David Porat is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of industry experience in turning big ideas into reality in the tech space. With a strong background in creative development, strategic planning, and new business development across traditional and digital landscapes, he has been a catalyst for new initiatives, bringing innovation and entrepreneurial leadership to traditional industries. He holds two BSc degrees in Physics, a Master's in Biomedical Engineering, and an MBA in which he graduated with honors. Passionate about industry 4.0 startups, Agmon has founded Israel's top industry 4.0 innovation lab and incubator and is eager to shift Israel's traditional factories to a new sustainable future.

Previously, Agmon has worked in diverse roles at global hi-tech companies, such as Director of Strategic Business Development at HAM-LET Valves and Fittings, Board Member at RoboTAI, Co-Founder and Board Member at PhononIA, Co-Founder and CEO at Let-Lab: The Industry 4.0 Innovation Lab, co-founder and Board Member at eXturn, Board Member at ReaLife3D Ltd., Business Development and Product Strategy at Airobotics, Product Marketing Manager at KLA-Tencor, and CEO at 12mass.

He has also lectured at New-Media college, founded I-gook, beinspace, and Eardoc, and served as a Product Manager at Bio-Magnetics Ltd and Director of Business Development at Kencap. As a leader in the industry, Agmon is responsible for the corporate open innovation strategy, which includes identifying and evaluating startups/investment/collaboration opportunities, and has built an industry 4.0 eco-system.
