Agata Zborowska is a talented and experienced professional specialized in supporting entrepreneurial individuals and businesses in achieving their goals. With over 15 years of international experience working in Project Management, Account Management, and Partnerships, Agata has developed a diverse range of skills and knowledge. She holds a Masters of Science in International Tourism Management, and a BA Hons in Geography with Tourism, as well as a UX Design certificate from BrainStation. She is currently the COO at Conception X, a venture builder that helps PhDs start deep tech startups. Agata is also an active supporter of women entrepreneurs, having previously managed the Female Founders Accelerator at Hatch Enterprise UK and founded the 3K Community of Female Entrepreneurs at Lean In Lisbon International Meetup. Her work includes creating influential communities and running programmes that help women entrepreneurs succeed.
