LaCresha Longwell is a highly experienced human resources coordinator who has worked in various industries throughout her career. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Secretarial Science from Lubbock Christian University. Longwell has worked as an Administrative Coordinator-Graduate School of Theology and Assistant to the Dean-College of Arts & Sciences at Abilene Christian University. She has also worked as an Executive Secretary at CamTran, Administrative Assistant to the President at Somerset Welding & Steel, Faculty Secretary at Harding School of Theology, and Office Manager at West Texas Foods, Inc. Currently, Longwell works as a Human Resources Coordinator at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU).

Her background in secretarial science, as well as her extensive experience in various administrative roles, has equipped her with a unique skill set that allows her to excel in human resources management. Her experience working in different industries -- education, transportation, and food processing, has given her valuable exposure into managing HR in different situations.
