Nimish Patel is a highly accomplished and experienced corporate securities lawyer, investor, and business leader. With over two decades of experience in the industry, he is currently the Co-Chair of Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp LLP, spearheading the growth and success of the full-service law firm with over 130 attorneys across three offices in the United States. Mr. Patel's specialties include corporate finance, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, crowdfunding, angel and venture capital financing, and general business and corporate law.

Mr. Patel is also a successful investor and Managing Partner at RP Capital, an investment fund that focuses on early-stage companies leveraging disruptive technologies. He has also served as a senior auditor at Deloitte, further enriching his professional background.

In addition to his legal and investment career, Mr. Patel has been an active community member, serving on the Santa Monica Malibu School Board of Education, Past President of the South Asian Bar Association of Southern California, and as a Trustee of the American India Foundation.

Mr. Patel is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and the University of San Diego with a JD/MBA degree in Law and Business. He has also studied Executive Leadership at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
