Gareth Newlands is the National Vice President of Business Development for the Property & Buildings Business Line with WSP in Canada. He studied Surveying at London South Bank University and Legal & Political Theory at University College London. Gareth has extensive experience in infrastructure development, asset management, and project management, previously holding positions at Carillion Canada Inc. and Infrastructure Ontario, respectively. At WSP, Gareth leads the work-winning efforts for his team of 2,000 staff across all vertical infrastructure sectors including healthcare, transportation, education, commercial, sports and stadia, workplace, mission critical, high-rise, government, science + technology, industrial, residential, retail, cultural, and hospitality.
