Thomas Dyer is a Social-Organizational Psychologist Consultant turned Product Manager and DevOps Engineer with a passion for conversation and human relationships. He earned an MA in Psychology: Organizational from Columbia University and a BA in Liberal Arts from St. John's College. Thomas was the first hire at Wade & Wendy, a company that developed chatbot interview pilots. He managed the product serving 100,000s of job seekers and dozens of recruiters. Currently, Thomas is designing career development experiences for Teal.
