Josh Neidus is a highly accomplished data analyst, with a broad range of experience in industries ranging from insurance to manufacturing. He has studied industrial and operations engineering, kinesiology, and accounting at a range of prestigious institutions, including the University of Michigan and Cleveland State University. After completing his studies, Josh has worked in a variety of different roles at progressive insurance, including as a payment fraud team data analyst, an IT control financial data analyst, and a workforce management/operations data analyst.

In addition to his work at Progressive, he has also served as an accounting intern at Shaker LaunchHouse, as well as assistant plant manager at Galaxy Balloons and inventory and shipping manager at BrickHouse Direct. Throughout his career, Josh has demonstrated a sharp analytical mind, a knack for interpreting complex data sets, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable business plans.
