Dr. Steve Vaughn is a professional educator with over 20 years of experience in teaching, coaching, mentoring, managing, and leading learners. He specializes in learner-centered (constructivist) methodology and is dedicated to helping students progress through the Pedagogy-Andragogy-Heutagogy (PAH) continuum. With a doctorate in Education (EdD) from Capella University, Vaughn also holds a Master of Science degree in Education (Secondary Math) from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Throughout his career, Vaughn has served as an adjunct instructor and assistant professor at various universities, including Webster University and Southern New Hampshire University. As a former director and dean at ITT Technical Institute, Vaughn worked as the chair of the School of Electronics Technology, taught as an adjunct math instructor, and served as the president of LeTip - Oak Harbor Chapter.
