Sidney Wolfe is a highly experienced biochemist and pharmaceutical professional with over 25 years of industry experience. He has served as a group leader, working with small, medium, and large global pharmaceutical companies, in interdisciplinary teams to develop innovative biotech injectable drug products that are stable, compliant, and competitive.

Sidney's expertise includes designing stable liquid and lyophilized formulations with appropriate primary packaging components for vials and/or pre-filled syringes, designing, optimizing, validating, and transferring technical production procedures from in-house or CMO facilities, preparing technical reports for regulatory filing, and providing responses to regulatory agencies to ensure product compliance.

Sidney has also been involved in designing strategic technical plans for clinical, commercial, and lifecycle management of drug products for protein, vaccine, and antibody biotech drug products. He has also worked on developing injection devices and implementing QBD for formulation, filling, and finishing of drug products.

Sidney's educational background includes studying Master of Science in Chemistry at the University of Oregon and Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at the University of California, Berkeley. He is currently a Principal at DPD Consulting, and has previously worked as a Principal Scientist Pharmaceutical Development at Onyx Pharmaceuticals, Senior Scientist at Novartis, and a Scientist at Cetus.
