Kathy Colaiacovo is a seasoned marketer with over 12 years of experience in helping service-based business owners overcome their marketing woes. She has worked in various capacities at Scotiabank, CIBC, RBC Royal Bank, and Supreme Kitchens Inc., holding positions such as Customer Associate, Portfolio Administrator, and Customer Assistance Officer.

In 2008, Kathy founded Pepper It Marketing, an online marketing consulting firm where she currently serves as the President. Over the years, she has helped numerous coaches, dietitians, wellness professionals, and course creators optimize their online presence, resulting in significant revenue growth, increased website traffic, and expansion of their reach.
