Rochelle Schieck is the innovative genius behind Qoya at Inspire and Move LLC and Qoya community of movement teachers. Qoya is a movement practice that unites dance, yoga, and sensual movement to evoke a sense of inner peace and feminine power. Rochelle has an educational background in Interdisciplinary Studies in Theatre Arts and Women’s Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz. She has also completed a Tantric Shamanism apprenticeship.

With her life-changing programs, Rochelle has helped countless women discover their true selves and align their personal and professional lives with their divine calling. She has written a book titled Qoya: A Compass for Navigating an Embodied Life that elucidates on the benefits and fundamentals of the Qoya movement ritual. Rochelle also runs the website Wisewildfree.com, which serves as an online space dedicated to promoting women’s empowerment and spiritual growth.
