Jonathan Rayos is an accomplished executive leader and technology entrepreneur with vast experience in various stages of organizational growth. As a purpose-driven technologist, he leads interactive experiential initiatives that converge augmented reality (AR), artificial intelligence (AI), and mixed reality (MR). His expertise extends to diverse, fully-scaled, and deployable teams of UX experts, 3D artists, CG, virtual reality (VR), and augmented reality content developers.

Rayos's background as a business advisor involves multi-channel brand architecture, social media strategies, and building effective cross-cultural and cross-generational teams and relationships. He aligns communication, training, and incentives to drive business results and manage strategic implementation of difficult change. He has also served as an executive director of a non-profit foundation that advances the physical capabilities and disabilities of individuals through visual technologies. In addition, as a board advisor with a global solar agency in the green energy sector, he offers his expertise on sustainable energy.

Rayos holds degrees from Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business in Michigan and the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business, where he studied Executive Management. He has also studied Business Administration at Walsh College of Accountancy and Business Administration.
