His exceptional leadership skills and innovation allowed him to significantly improve the efficiency and profitability of the plant.

After a few years in that role, Reg furthered his knowledge of the business through various leadership roles, including Sales Manager, Engineering Manager, and Director of Operations. He demonstrated an impressive track record in achieving sales targets, developing new product lines, building high-performance teams, and steering the company's growth.

In his current position as Managing Director at Absolute Plastics, Reg is responsible for overseeing all operations, such as production, distribution, and customer service, while maintaining the company's commitment to quality, accuracy, and timely service delivery.
