Ashley Rand Trinchera is a highly-educated and accomplished professional with a background in counseling and human resources. A graduate of Salem State University with a Master's degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services, Ashley has honed her counseling skills to become an expert in providing guidance and support to individuals in need. She also has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Bridgewater State University, which gives her a well-rounded understanding of human behavior and psychology.

Ashley's career has taken her into the corporate world, where she has worked for Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in various roles, including Administrative Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Coordinator II. She has also worked in human resources and office management roles for Shipyard Home Health Care, Inc. Ashley's experience in these positions has given her a deep understanding of what it takes to run a successful operation, and how to manage and motivate teams.

When she's not working, Ashley enjoys bartending at Alma Nove, where she can exercise her social and communication skills while learning new recipes and mixology techniques. Through her work and personal pursuits, Ashley has developed a diverse set of skills that make her a valuable asset to any team.
