Aesclinn Donohue
Aesclinn Donohue is a well-educated and experienced professional, noted for her unique insights into international business and development strategies. After completing her Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Hons. in Economics and International Development at Dalhousie University and her Master of International Business Candidate, Strategy Design at Tufts University - The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, she has worked with many organizations to offer her diverse skill set to projects in need of increased efficiency and effectiveness.
As a Director Of Operations at Masawa, she spearheads organizational development and strategic projects to maximize their impact. Prior to that, she provided design research consulting services at the National Conference on Citizenship (NCoC) and conducted graduate level research at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She has also shown her proficiency in teaching, mentoring, and consulting roles, having served as both a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Empower Fellowship recipient at Tufts University. Her experiences range across multiple sectors, including work as a former Financial Literacy Consultant at Traive and former Monitor and Evaluation Consultant, Senior Program Associate, and Fellow at myAgro.
