As an independent psychologist I'm specialized in the treatment of work related problems and couples counseling. Next to psychological treatment for individuals and couples I provide support in the form of assessment, management and workshops to (mental) health care organizations and professionals.

Ran a rehabilitation institute and led a team of 15 psychologists and physical therapists treating patients with chronic pain, chronic fatigue, and chronic locomotor problems. Responsible for all outpatient rehabilitation care and team performance. Provided patients in the institute with therapy for a variety of conditions (e.g. fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, trauma, and burn-out). Analysis and presentation of results to the umbrella organization.

Psychologist at a rehabilitation institute, responsible for diagnosis and treatment of patients in a multidisciplinary setting. Patients were suffering from chronic fatigue, chronic pain or chronic locomotor problems with a lot of psychological comorbidity.

Performing intakes, psychodiagnostics and providing psychotherapy in secondary care. Therapy consisted of using evidence based treatments within a cognitive behavioral framework. Besides therapy I also provided individual training sessions focusing on relaxation, assertiveness and/or task concentration. In parallel to the work ran a course section.

Created and taught a course on Game Design, which was held several times at the Culture Centre of the Vrije Universiteit. The course consisted of several lessons during which the students progressed from initial idea to working prototype.

Taught multiple courses such as "Interviewing Skills" and “Personality Theory and Testing” to undergraduates in psychology, pedagogics and business. The courses consisted of both a theoretical and a practical component.
