Aerica Meacham, MBA, is a compassionate individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for talent development and community service.

She has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Leadership and Organizational Behavior from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Kent State University.

Aerica has extensive experience in talent management, recruiting, and programming, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.

Currently, she works as a Diversity Talent Sourcer at Huntington National Bank and has previously held roles as a Talent Management Program Consultant, Talent Management Analyst, and Talent Acquisition Strategic Analyst at the same organization.

Her background also includes internships in talent and organization effectiveness at NiSource, as well as teaching roles at The Electronic Classroom of Tomorrow and Copley-Fairlawn City Schools.
