Dr. Aerial M. Ellis, Ed.D., is a renowned strategist and storyteller with a strong entrepreneurial background in public relations.

She is the managing principal of Advisory 83, a consultancy focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a track record of working with prestigious clients in various sectors.

Aerial has founded and managed multiple PR agencies, overseeing successful campaigns for notable organizations such as Procter & Gamble, NAACP, and the National Museum of African American Music.

In addition to her consultancy work, Aerial is an accomplished educator, teaching courses in public relations, cross-cultural communication, journalism, and leadership. She is also a published author and an active member of various professional and community organizations.

With an impressive academic background, Aerial holds degrees from Tennessee State University, Middle Tennessee State University, and the University of Southern California, and has pursued executive leadership certification in diversity and inclusion from UCLA.
