Sarah Turbow is a leadership development expert, coach, and thought partner with a keen passion for creating impact and building collective power. She is a graduate of Yale University with a degree in Political Science and is currently pursuing her MSW at Smith College. As a skilled coach operating at the intersection of organizing and therapy, she provides individual and collective services to organizations, organizers, and individuals looking to increase their impact and align their actions with their values and interests. Sarah draws on a broad range of experiences, having worked as a distributed organizer for the Sierra Club, as well as a contract organizer for East Brooklyn Congregations. Additionally, she is the former founder of Good Guys at the Barricades, Director of J Street U, Deputy Director of J Street U, and Southeast Organizer at J Street U, respectively. With a commitment to justice and liberation, Sarah is passionate about working towards fundamentally realigning power in our society.
