Betty Lin is an accomplished business professional with a rich career trajectory, spanning three lifecycles in product research and development in the Silicon Valley, general business management, and consulting for US-based high-tech companies. Her illustrious career has now brought her to one of the top universities in the world, where she manages an exclusive undergraduate program offering experiential learning opportunities across various domains such as structured problem-solving, design thinking, consulting for real clients, and startup business plan competition jointly with partner universities. Betty is a mentor to multiple startup firms and serves on the Board of Directors for two companies specializing in Artificial Intelligence. She has been the recipient of numerous accolades over the years, including the Teaching Excellence Award from HKUST and being named the Best Country Manager and Top Consultant earlier in her career.
