Rita Dawod is an experienced science instructor, currently teaching full-time at The Chicago Academy for the Arts. With a Bachelor of Science in Physics and a Master of Arts in Secondary Science Education, Rita has a solid academic background that has been supplemented by her experience as a research assistant at DePaul University and an engineering intern at Rauland-Borg. As a former private tutor, instructional assistant, and fundraising representative, Rita has honed her teaching and leadership skills to excellence. Outside of her profession, Rita enjoys hosting and working with people, as evidenced by her past experience as a hostess at Calo Ristorante.
