Joe Wallin is an experienced Seattle-based corporate lawyer, well-known for representing startups, investors, and lenders. With a passion for writing about legal issues that impact startups and growth companies, Joe blogs avidly on The Startup Law Blog and has contributed to publications like the Wall St. Journal, PandoDaily, GeekWire, and Xconomy. Joe is also an accomplished author with a book on Angel Investing set to launch this summer, published by Holloway.
