Fluent in both English and Japanese, she has worked with clients in various industries, including B2B & B2C technology, healthcare, IT services, higher education, consumer product, business consulting, defense contracting, non-profit, and financial services. Michiko studied at Central Washington University and California State University - San Bernardino, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and a Bachelor of Arts in English.

In 2014, Michiko joined Gabriel Marketing Group (GMG) as Senior Vice President of Public Relations, working directly with the CEO to maintain the company's high standards for quality and client service.
