Mashal Waqar is a seasoned entrepreneur, business accelerator, consultant, and public speaker known for scaling things with good people. With over a decade of experience in media, tech, startups, and investment, Mashal has built numerous ventures that have impacted millions globally through powerful storytelling, removing the stigma around women's health, and promoting gender equality, accessibility, and intersectional growth.

Mashal's first media startup, The Tempest, which she co-founded and served as the COO, attracted millions of readers worldwide, transforming it into a media storm. Currently, Mashal is the Founder and Managing Director of Milestone Ventures, a consulting firm that provides services in audience scaling, startup growth, community building, and DEI. She is also a Co-Founder and Mentor at 60 Day Startups, a business accelerator that has taken more than 200 women founders from early stage to revenue in just 60 days.

Mashal is an awardee of the Forbes Middle East 30 Under 30, Entrepreneur Middle East's Achieving Women, 19th WIL Economic Forum Young Leader of the Year, RIT Dubai President's Cup, and RIT Distinguished Alumni award. She has also served as an Advisor and board member on several notable organizations, including Brulee Beauty, NOMAD (Al-Ahli Holding Group), and the RIT Alumni Association.
