John McGinn, Ed.D.

John McGinn is an accomplished faculty member in both a college preparatory school and an online adjunct faculty member. With over 25 years of experience working with corporate, military, and nonprofit leaders, he has become a certified mastermind executive coach and leadership consultant. John teaches a variety of subjects, including team leadership and conflict resolution, strategic planning, systematic theology, apologetics, and more.

With his wide range of expertise, John is known for his ability to make effective decisions, foster open communication, and create a great work and team environment. He has effectively led and managed cross-functional teams across various industries and trained personnel on conflict resolution, best practices, and more.

John has an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from the University of Phoenix, a Master of Arts in Christian Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a B.A. in Psychology from The University of Texas at Arlington.

In his past experiences, John was the Executive Director and Executive Coach at I&S Coaching, Life Coach and Teaching Pastor at a Nonprofit Organization, and Airborne Ranger and Company Commander at the US Army.
