Bianca Grip is an accomplished management professional, with over 10 years of experience in online marketing and generating online revenues. She has managed several online projects and was the Project Manager of one of the largest websites in Romania, Tocmai.ro. Under Bianca's leadership, Tocmai.ro rose to become one of the top 3 websites in Romania. After achieving success with the company, Bianca decided to pursue entrepreneurship and launched GripADs, a customised monetisation solution for online media networks.

She is passionate about supporting the development of the International Entrepreneurial Ecosystem and has expertise in training, e-commerce, business management, operational management, strategic management, online strategy, management, online publishing, online classifieds, online marketing, and event organizing.

Bianca has a degree in Accounting and a bachelor's degree in Management from the Academia de Studii Economice din București. She has also studied Business Leadership at the Army Academy. Currently a brand ambassador at MobeeMi, Bianca continues to apply her years of experience to new ventures.
