Natasha Jeshani is a Global HR and Recruitment Consultant, Author, and Co-Owner & Vice President of HR & Recruitment at Career Contacts. She holds a Sociology degree from UBC and an HR Management Certificate, with distinction, from BCIT. Natasha has extensive academic, as well as hands-on experience in various areas of people management. Her passion for fostering positive work environments has translated into the creation of lasting legacies in HR protocols and policies.

A bucket list goal of Natasha's was to become a published author. In 2018, she achieved that goal and became the author of “The HR Insider: How to land your dream job, and keep it!”. The book hit #1 on Amazon and provides a tool for candidates interested in the HR perspective on how to find, land and keep their dream job.

Natasha is an expert in areas such as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Respect in the Workplace, Cultivating Culture from the Board Room, and Negotiate, Navigate, Neutralize Situations.
