The first two years I was just a marketing/PR assistant, and I was responsible for the website, press releases, but also the creative mind behind lots of workshops, presentation etc. of the theatre. After this two years my boss made me coordinator of the department, with 4 trainees who I head to lead. In this last year, I worked 4 days a week at the theatre. And one day a week at Sportbedrijf Oosterhout, like theater de Bussel also a part of our local authority.
