Dr. Owain Rhys Hughes is a dedicated individual with a strong passion for improving patient care within the healthcare system. His endeavor to bridge the gap between primary and secondary care is evident through his work at Cinapsis.

He has previously held various roles such as MRC Clinical Research Fellow at UCL, Registrar in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Clinical Safety Officer for OpenEyes EMR at Moorfields Eye Hospital, London, and many other significant positions in leading healthcare institutions.
