Responsibilities:•	Providing telephone support and assistance to customers and brokers across a number of different insurance products•	Responsible for achieving weekly and monthly Sales targets for Motor and Travel insurance products•	Responsible for delivering excellent customer service in all customer interactions•	Coordinating between the client and other departments•	Handling and resolving any client’s complaints
