Siobhain Danaher is a Lean Practitioner, Travel Photographer, and Optimist who is passionate about empowering and developing people. She studied at Waterford Institute of Technology and has worked with various organizations, including Pfizer and daa (formerly Dublin Airport Authority). At present, Siobhain is performing as a Continuous Improvement Manager for daa Shared Services, where she implements Positive Change through a Lean Culture every day.

Siobhain launched her website, 'The Art Of Positive Change,' in 2017, where she shares her perspectives on Lean, Positive Change, and Life. She is also a Travel Photographer and her Fine Art prints have been displayed in Cork, Dublin, Shannon, and George Best Belfast City Airports.
