I head up the Marketing team at Red Stack Tech and drive our marketing strategy globally. SPG Media is the UK’s premier online, print and event management specialists and my role was focused on increase business sales within digital and print solutions. My job entailed offering a marketing solution to business across the globe and speaking with senior decision makers mainly MD’s, CEO and Marketing Directors. My responsibilities included effective lead sourcing, motivating team, managing my own time, pitching to senior management, working as a team and using initiative and being self motivated at all times. I have been able to demonstrate my negotiation skills and marketing skills to businesses across the globe. I have gained strong analytical skills and also the ability to fit our product into different marketing strategies and budgets. Overall I had the ability to learn the foundations ofintegrating sales and marketing in all types of businesses.

14 Months Placement as part of degree.I joined Norwich Union as part of my work placement and degree. I worked as an Endowment Redress Assistant and my job entailed; paying out compensation to customers who had been sold an Endowment Redress mortgage previously with mis-guided advice. I worked as part of a large team, gained excellent team work skills, enhanced my interpersonal skills and was able to thoroughly experience how leadership and management works. The skills I gained were immense from learning how to communicate with clients to making sound decisions about their compensation.
