I have worked on CEO level briefs across the full consulting spectrum of cases ranging from creating five year digital strategies to working on long term operationalisations programmes.

In the Commerce Platform Group I worked closely with Mastercard labs to commercialise solutions that they had developed across Europe, the Middle east and Africa. Mastercard labs is an innovation hub at Mastercard and developed several prototypes of payment solutions. The Commerce Platform Group worked to prioritise these solutions and then commercialise them in the market. While in this role I focused primarily on our pay at table solution (Qkr). I built partnerships with restaurants and bar groups across EMEA to onboard them onto our solution. Additionally we worked closely with the Mastercard Labs team to introduce new functionality to the solution including features like bar tabs designed to allow customer to pay for drinks at a bar without needing to carry cash or a card.

As Innovation and Strategy lead for the HSBC account. I worked with the digital leadership at HSBC to launch payment solutions globally. We partnered with HSBC to launch digital wallets with the likes of apple and google and began development of HSBC's own wallet. Additionally in this role I worked closely with Mastercard's regional account leads for HSBC across the globe to align our strategy with HSBC's to best position ourselves for their upcoming global RFP.

Innovation and Strategy- HSBC Global Account

Joining the HSBC global account team I worked closely with the global payment leads at HSBC including their global head of cards. In this role I worked on several key initiatives including refreshing the premier credit card portfolio across 10 key markets, creating Mastercard's account plan for HSBC outlining our strategy for the account, and key RFP responses.

Business Development, Global HSBC Account Team

In this role I worked as a regional product manager for Masterpass (Mastercard's digital wallet). I created the go-to market strategy for Masterpass across 10 key markets in AP and worked closely with markets to roll out the solution. I also prioritised feature development for the region and worked closely with the global team to test new releases. I also supported sales teams as a product expert and worked with large clients to ensure a smooth implementation.  
Additionally I also worked to promote ecommerce sales across the region. I developed analysis to reduce decline rates on ecommerce transactions and sourced and promoted offers promoting spend online.

Product Management- Emerging Payments Ecommerce and MasterPass

In this role at Mastercard I worked closely with MPS a Mastercard joint venture designed to develop mobile money solutions. We worked closely with banks and telecom operators across India, Philippines and Indonesia to launch mobile money solutions.
